 At Ask Donna, our virtual assistant service is priced based on your specific needs. We provide competitive rates and collaborate with clients to establish a pricing plan that suits your budget and requirements 

For retainer packages, you will be billed on the 1st each month according to the plan you’ve signed up to. Payment terms are 7 days. If you’re unhappy with the service, you cancel your plan anytime within the first 30 days and be reimbursed for any unused hours. 

For Pay-as-you-go services, you will be billed on the 1st of each month retrospectively with 14 day payment terms. You can cancel at any time.

For project-based work, you will be billed 50% in advance and 50% upon completion of the agreed tasks and scope of work. Payment terms are 7 days.

You can email, WhatsApp or text – whatever works best for you. Depending on the package you choose, we can book regular phone or video calls on a weekly basis.

Operating across both Europe and the US, I usually work UK times 10am until 8pm, however, this is flexible and dependent on your needs and by arrangement. I work to turnaround times which will be agreed with you prior to a project starting, or on an ongoing basis.

You'll be notified well in advance of any holidays booked and cover can be arranged should you wish.
